The Role
Multidisciplinary Designer / Design Lead
Joining the team as a Multidisciplinary designer to form a new in-house marketing team my responsibilities were to manage and lead the brand management and design of the two brands. Working on everything from graphic design, web design & maintenance, product photography, social medial, internal brand management, and process implementation.
Graphics & Branding
CPD & VanDemand had recently undergone a rebrand. My role was to implement this new look and brand identity. This involved developing brand guidelines, graphical material, and processes for the marketing team to use on social media, email campaigns, and websites. I also developed best practices for internal assets and materials that can be used throughout the wider teams in the company.
Product Photography
As part of the rebranding of both businesses, new images were needed of the stock. This was a huge task as there are over 50 different variants of vehicles and that is ever-growing. Working with the build teams and logistics I was able to take new, professional images of stock showcasing the new branding and key features of each vehicle. Below is an example of some of the photography taken that is now used on marketing material and websites.
Web Design & Development (Shopify)
Working with an external web agency I have been involved with the launch, design and development of the new VanDemand website. The one-stop shop for all commercial vehicle conversions. This is a platform that allows potential customers to see the evolving stock, customise vehicles and also purchase directly from the site. With an easy-to-navigate interface and clear, bold imagery the new site has seen a large increase in traffic, averaging 150-200 users a day from previously 0-10.

Video Content Creation & Social Media
Along with static graphic content I would be responsible for video production and motion graphics. This type of content worked well as video ads and promotional material outside of social media. Using Premiere Pro and After Effects along with the photography taken.
